Brazilian Passion Fruit Mousse

Ingredients
  

Mousse

  • 3/4 C. Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1 Tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice Adjust amount to taste
  • 1 – 14 oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 C. Heavy Cream

Passion Fruit Drizzle

  • 2 Tbsp Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1 Tbsp White Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix together: passion fruit puree, sugar, lime juice and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Blend 1/2 of the whipped cream into the puree mixture until combined.
  • Fold in remaining whipped cream.
  • Spoon in to serving dishes, cover and chill.
  • Serve with a passion fruit drizzle.
