Mrs. Will’s Pumpkin Pie Crunch
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Canned Pumpkin
- 12 oz. Evaporated Milk not sweetened condensed milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 C. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 C. Butter Melted
- 1 C. Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a 9x13in pan.
- Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon together until smooth.
- Then spoon mixture evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture.
- Top with pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
