Marzano Style Compound Butter
Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter
- Garlic minced – to taste
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes minced – to taste
- Fresh Parmesan Cheese finely grated – to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend all together and let set at room temperature to let the flavors meld.
- May refrigerate for later use.
- Holds in refrigerator for about a week.
