Macaroni (or Potato) Salad – Dorthy Harris’
Ingredients
- Macaroni Noodles or Potatoes – cooked without salt
- 6 Eggs boiled hard and chopped
- 4 small whole Green Onions chopped
- Onion Powder lots of it
- Kosher Dill Pickles chopped – these have garlic
- Best Foods Mayonnaise
- Sliced Olive
- Milk
- Pickle Juice
Instructions
- Mix everything together and refrigerate to let the flavors marinate.
- Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with cherry tomatoes in a lettuce-lined bowl.
Notes
Can vary the seasonings with onion powder.
Has quite a lot of opinion powder and mayonnaise in it. Make the day ahead!
