Cranberry ~ Raspberry Salad
Ingredients
Layer 1:
- 3 oz. Pkg Raspberry Jell-O
- 1 C. Boiling Water
- 10 oz. Raspberries Frozen in Syrup
Layer 2:
- 1 1/2 C. Sour Cream – Spread over the above mixture
Layer 3:
- 3 oz. Cherry Jello
- 1 C. Boiling Water
- 20 oz. Drained Crushed Pineapple
- 16 oz. Whole Cranberry Sauce
Instructions
- Mix boiling water and Jell-O – add frozen berries – stir until dissolved – Chill in 9×13” pan or mold. When thickened, top with sour cream.
- Mix boiling water, cherry Jell-O, pineapple and cranberry sauce and pour over the sour cream layer.
- Can top with whipped cream.
