Creamy Pesto Dressing
~ Old Spaghetti Factory Style
Ingredients
- 3/4 C. Oil
- 1 C. Mayonnaise
- 3/4 C. Buttermilk well shaken
- 2 Tbsp. Romano Cheese Grated
- 2 Tbsp. Dried Basil Crushed
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce or to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together oil and mayo; add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly.
- Cover and let stand in fridge overnight.
