Vegeburger Roast – “Mother” Strutz’ recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 C. Vegeburger
  • 2 C. Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 2 Onions – chopped and sautéed
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 6 Slices Bread crumbed
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/4 C. Butter
  • 1 C. Ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together except ketchup and brown sugar.
  • Pour into a greases 9×13″ pan.
  • Top with a mixture of ketchup and brown sugar.
  • Bake at 350° F. for 45-60 minutes until hot through.
