Pizza Sole from Casa Mia Restaurant
Ingredients
- 1 Pizza Dough Ball about 14 oz. or partially baked 14 “ pizza dough
- 6 oz. Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce or homemade alfredo sauce
- 1 C. Mozzarella Cheese Grated
- 1/4 C. Red Onion Thinly Sliced
- 3 oz. Vine Ripened Red Tomatoes Chopped
- 3 oz. Vine Ripened Yellow Tomatoes Chopped
- Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
- Fresh Basil Finally Chopped
- Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Spread creamy gorgonzola sauce evenly over dough.
- Top with mozzarella and red onions.
- Bake in 550° F. deck oven until crust is crisp and golden.
- After baking top with chopped tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cheese, then mist with balsamic vinegar.
