Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 4 oz. Green Chilis Chopped
  • 1/2 Lb. Jack Cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or less
  • 1/2 Lb. Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 4 Eggs separated
  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 12oz. Can Evaporated Milk

Instructions
 

  • Grease 9×13” pan. Layer 1) chilis, 2) cheese, 3) chilis.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Add flour and salt. Beat yolks, milk and fold into egg whites.
  • Pour over cheese and chilis.
  • Bake 350° F. for 35 minutes or until golden and set.
