Chicken Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- Corkscrew Noodles Cooked
- Mushroom Soup Concentrate
- Sour Cream
- Pimento for color
- Worthingtons’s Frozen Chickettes 1/2” cubed Or Chicken
- Green Pepper Chopped
- Onion Chopped
- Canned Mushrooms
Season with:
- Garlic Granolas or sautéed crushed garlic cloves
- Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
- MeKay’s Chicken Seasoning Broth
Instructions
- Saute: chickettes (or chicken), green pepper, chopped onion and canned mushrooms. Season: with garlic, Lawry’s seasoning salt, chicken seasoning broth and seasoning salt. (no salt needed)
- Mix all together. May also add Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese.
- Bake at 350° F. until bubbly.
- Freezes well.
- Good with cold tossed salad.
