Mascarpone Frosting
Ingredients
- 3/4 C. Unsalted Butter Softened
- 12 oz. Mascarpone Cheese softened
- 4 C. Confectioners Sugar Sifted
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Beat butter until completely smooth.
- Add Mascarpone cheese and beat until combined.
- Add sugar and vanilla and beat till smooth.
- Be careful not to over beat, as this will cause the frosting to lose structure.
- May tightly cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Let soften before use.
