Mascarpone Frosting

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 C. Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 12 oz. Mascarpone Cheese softened
  • 4 C. Confectioners Sugar Sifted
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Beat butter until completely smooth.
  • Add Mascarpone cheese and beat until combined.
  • Add sugar and vanilla and beat till smooth.
  • Be careful not to over beat, as this will cause the frosting to lose structure.
  • May tightly cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Let soften before use.
