Carob Peanut Butter Fudge – Carlene Will’s Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 C. Sweetened Carob Chips*
  • 1 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 C. Crunchy Peanut Butter

Instructions
 

  • Melt carob chips in double boiler.
  • When melted, add creamy peanut butter.
  • Stir well until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour 1/2 into a sprayed casserole dish; cool in refrigerator.
  • When fudge is firm, spread crunchy peanut butter over top, then pour
  • remaining carob mix over the top.
  • Hide in refrigerator or freezer. Yummmm …
  • Recipe doubles well.
  • May also just mix everything together and pour into pan, instead of doing the layering.
  • *May use chocolate chips instead of carob chips for a non-vegan version.
