Apple Barn Fresh Apple Pound Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • Cup Nutural Oil
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 3 Large Eggs Room Temp
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • Cup Chopped Peacans Optional
  • 2 Cups Apples We use Fuji Apples – Finely Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°
  • Grease a large Bunt Pan.
  • Mix together all dry ingredients.
  • In a seperate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures then fold in nuts and apples.
  • Bake 1hr 20min or until tooth pick comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan, covered for 10 minutes.
  • Turn cake out onto a cooling rack and let cool completely. Cake will drop from pan as it cools.
  • Top with Brown Sugar Drizzle if desired.
