Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cups Rhubarb Chopped
  • 1 Small Box Raspberry Jello
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Box Vanilla Cake mix Dry
  • 2 Sticks Butter Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Spray a glass 9x13in baking dish with non-stick pray.
  • Into prepared dish, add: rhubarb, raspberry jello, sugar and water.
  • Mix slighty.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix over the above mix. Do not mix.
  • Place Butter pads over the dry mix.
  • Bake in 350° oven for 50-60 minutes, until a tooth pick comes out clean.
