Rhubarb Cake
Ingredients
- 6 Cups Rhubarb Chopped
- 1 Small Box Raspberry Jello
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Box Vanilla Cake mix Dry
- 2 Sticks Butter Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Spray a glass 9x13in baking dish with non-stick pray.
- Into prepared dish, add: rhubarb, raspberry jello, sugar and water.
- Mix slighty.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over the above mix. Do not mix.
- Place Butter pads over the dry mix.
- Bake in 350° oven for 50-60 minutes, until a tooth pick comes out clean.
