Super Burgers
The best veggie-burger patties ever! Makes 48 Burger Patties
Ingredients
For 48 Patties:
- 1 ½ C. Cracker Meal
- 24 Eggs
- 1 C. Mayo
- ¼ C. Onion Minced
- 3 50oz cans Loma Linda Burger 150oz total or 150 oz or your favorite imitation ground beef
Cracker Meal Dry Mix:
- 1 C. Ground Crackers we used saltines
- ¼ C. Wheat Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered Beef Seasoning/Bouillon or vegetarian beef-like seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Seasoning Salt or 1 packet of seasoning salt
- 1 package Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
Instructions
- Mix wet and dry together and fry patties.
- Smaller recipe: 3 – eggs55g – Dry mix2 TB – Mayo 2 TB – Minced Onion 1 Can (20 oz) – Loma Linda Burger
Notes
Dry mix saves for a long time in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. We like to make up a large batch of the dry mix and store the extras so it’s faster to make burgers when you’re ready for them.
Burger mix saves well for a few days in the refrigerator so you can fry fresh patties when needed.
I recommend mixing everything up and storing it in the fridge for 30 minutes to let it solidify before forming into patties and frying. I also like to used a large ice cream scoop to portion patties.
