Cranberry Punch
Ingredients
- 3/4 C. Sugar
- 1/2 C. frozen Lemon Juice
- 2 C. Orange Juice
- 48 oz. Cranberry Juice Cocktail
- 2 pints Raspberry Sherbet softened
- 2 Bottles Ginger Ale 28 oz. bottles – chilled
Instructions
- Stir sugar into lemon and orange juices to dissolve; add to cranberry juice along with half the sherbet, stirring to mix.
- May refrigerate up to 5 hours before adding the rest of the ingredients.
- Before serving add ginger ale, mixing well. Scoop remaining sherbet into balls and float on top of punch.
