Rachel’s Scrumptious Lemon Curd Crumble Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 C. Melted Butter
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 C. Flour
  • 1 C. Lemon Curd

Instructions
 

  • Combine melted butter, sugar and Flour in a bowl until a “Dryer” mixer appears.
  • Press 3/4 of mixture into a 9×9 pan.
  • Use spoon or measuring cup to flatten down.
  • Add in Lemon curd and spread for an even layer all around.
  • Sprinkle remaining mixture over the top of the lemon curd.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Cool 15 minutes and then refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
