Rachel’s Scrumptious Lemon Curd Crumble Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Melted Butter
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 C. Flour
- 1 C. Lemon Curd
Instructions
- Combine melted butter, sugar and Flour in a bowl until a “Dryer” mixer appears.
- Press 3/4 of mixture into a 9×9 pan.
- Use spoon or measuring cup to flatten down.
- Add in Lemon curd and spread for an even layer all around.
- Sprinkle remaining mixture over the top of the lemon curd.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes and then refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
