Sugar Coated Nuts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs Almonds or Pecans
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 Teaspoons Cold Water
  • 1 C. Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon or to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl beat egg whites and water until foamy
  • Mix in Sugar and Cinnamon
  • Toss nuts in mixture to coat
  • Lay nuts thinly in foil lined pans. Add a bit of salt. Bake 250 degrees 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
