Mother Strutz’ Carrots au Gratin

Ingredients
  

Cream Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Other Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/3 c. Velvetta Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. diced cooked carrots

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream sauce ingredients together and in pan until thick
  • Mix other ingredients in well and put in greased casserole dish
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
