Ingredients
  

  • 1 C. White Rice Uncooked
  • 4 C. Water
  • 12 oz. Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2/3 C. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice in the water for at least 4 hours, up to over night.
  • Discard rice and add rice water to a blender.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and mix to combine.
  • Serve chilled over ice.
