Apple Barn Fresh Apple Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1½ Cup Nutural Oil
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 3 Large Eggs Room Temp
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1¼ Cup Chopped Peacans Optional
- 2 Cups Apples We use Fuji Apples – Finely Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°
- Grease a large Bunt Pan.
- Mix together all dry ingredients.
- In a seperate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures then fold in nuts and apples.
- Bake 1hr 20min or until tooth pick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan, covered for 10 minutes.
- Turn cake out onto a cooling rack and let cool completely. Cake will drop from pan as it cools.
- Top with Brown Sugar Drizzle if desired.
