Bean Dip ~ Cindi Stout
“Perfect for a game night.”
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Refried Beans or Jalapeño Bean Dip
- 3 Avocados
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning
- 1 Cup Green Olives Chopped – optional
- 3 Tomatoes Diced
- 2 Small Cans Black Olives Chopped
- Jalapeños Chopped – optional
- Cheddar Cheese to taste
Instructions
- In a 9”x13” glass pan, layer:
- Refried Beans or Jalapeno Bean Dip
- Avocados mashed with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and salt
- Mix of: Sour Cream, Mayonnaise (or may use all sour cream), Taco Seasoning, Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
- Top with: Green Olives (Chopped), Tomatoes, (Diced), Black Olives (Chopped)
- Eat with tortilla chips cold or hot.
