Bean Dip ~ Cindi Stout

“Perfect for a game night.”

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cans Refried Beans or Jalapeño Bean Dip
  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Green Olives Chopped – optional
  • 3 Tomatoes Diced
  • 2 Small Cans Black Olives Chopped
  • Jalapeños Chopped – optional
  • Cheddar Cheese to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a 9”x13” glass pan, layer:
  • Refried Beans or Jalapeno Bean Dip
  • Avocados mashed with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and salt
  • Mix of: Sour Cream, Mayonnaise (or may use all sour cream), Taco Seasoning, Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
  • Top with: Green Olives (Chopped), Tomatoes, (Diced), Black Olives (Chopped)
  • Eat with tortilla chips cold or hot.
