Brazilian Passion Fruit Mousse
Ingredients
Mousse
- 3/4 C. Passion Fruit Puree
- 1 Tbsp White Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice Adjust amount to taste
- 1 – 14 oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 C. Heavy Cream
Passion Fruit Drizzle
- 2 Tbsp Passion Fruit Puree
- 1 Tbsp White Sugar
Instructions
- Mix together: passion fruit puree, sugar, lime juice and sweetened condensed milk.
- Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
- Blend 1/2 of the whipped cream into the puree mixture until combined.
- Fold in remaining whipped cream.
- Spoon in to serving dishes, cover and chill.
- Serve with a passion fruit drizzle.
