Carob Peanut Butter Fudge – Carlene Will’s Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. Sweetened Carob Chips*
- 1 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 C. Crunchy Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Melt carob chips in double boiler.
- When melted, add creamy peanut butter.
- Stir well until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour 1/2 into a sprayed casserole dish; cool in refrigerator.
- When fudge is firm, spread crunchy peanut butter over top, then pour
- remaining carob mix over the top.
- Hide in refrigerator or freezer. Yummmm …
- Recipe doubles well.
- May also just mix everything together and pour into pan, instead of doing the layering.
- *May use chocolate chips instead of carob chips for a non-vegan version.
