Cherry Christmas Mold
Ingredients
- 1 3oz pkg. Cherry Jello
- 1 C. Water Boiling
- 1 21oz can Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 3oz pkg. Lemon Jell-O
- few drops Green Food Coloring optional
- 1 C. Water Boiling
- 1 3oz pkg. Cream Cheese softened
- 1/3 C. Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise
- 1 C. Crushed Pineapple including juice
- 1/3 C. Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 C. Heavy Cream whipped
Instructions
- Dissolve cherry jello in boiling water; stir in pie filling, place in favorite mold or in flat pan and chill.
- Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water, adding green food coloring if using for Christmas; stir in cream cheese, salad dressing or mayonnaise, pineapple and marshmallows. Allow to thicken slightly.
- Fold whipped cream into lemon mixture.
- Gently pour on top of set cherry jello layer.
- Chill.
- Un-mold, if desired, on a bed of greens.
