Chicken Chili Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Green Onions Chopped
- 1 4 oz Can Green Chilis Chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt
- 1 pt Sour Cream
- 2 Cans Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Chicken cut up – can also use fry-chick
- 1 Lb. Jack Cheese with some Cheddar
- 12 Corn Tortillas cut into pie shaped wedges
Instructions
- Mix together: green onions, green chilis, salt, sour cream, mushroom soup, and chicken.
- Layer in 9×13” pan. Tortillas, Soup mixture, Cheese.
- Do this twice. Let set 3 hours or over night before baking.
- Bake 350° F. for 30 minutes.
- Top after baking with chopped fresh cilantro.
