Chicken Chili Enchiladas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bunch Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 4 oz Can Green Chilis Chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 pt Sour Cream
  • 2 Cans Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Chicken cut up – can also use fry-chick
  • 1 Lb. Jack Cheese with some Cheddar
  • 12 Corn Tortillas cut into pie shaped wedges

Instructions
 

  • Mix together: green onions, green chilis, salt, sour cream, mushroom soup, and chicken.
  • Layer in 9×13” pan. Tortillas, Soup mixture, Cheese.
  • Do this twice. Let set 3 hours or over night before baking.
  • Bake 350° F. for 30 minutes.
  • Top after baking with chopped fresh cilantro.
