Chili Relleno Casserole
Ingredients
- 1-2 4 oz. Green Chilis Chopped
- 1/2 Lb. Jack Cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt or less
- 1/2 Lb. Cheddar Cheese grated
- 4 Eggs separated
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1 12oz. Can Evaporated Milk
Instructions
- Grease 9×13” pan. Layer 1) chilis, 2) cheese, 3) chilis.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add flour and salt. Beat yolks, milk and fold into egg whites.
- Pour over cheese and chilis.
- Bake 350° F. for 35 minutes or until golden and set.
