Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls

Best served warm and fresh from the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 C. Warm Water
  • 2 Packages Yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 3.5oz Pkg. Vanilla instant Pudding made according to Pkg instructions.
  • 1/2 C. Melted Butter or Margarine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 12 C. All-purpose Flour
  • 1 C. Soft Butter
  • 2 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese – softened to room temp
  • 1/2 C. Margarine or butter – softened to room temp
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 C. Powder Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Milk
  • Mix well and Spread in top of rolls
  • Best served warm and fresh from the oven.

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve: warm water, yeast and 2Tbsp sugar together.
    1/2 C. Warm Water, 2 Packages Yeast, 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • Then add: pudding, butter, eggs and salt.
    2 3.5oz Pkg. Vanilla instant Pudding, 1/2 C. Melted Butter or Margarine, 2 Eggs, 1 tsp. Salt
  • Mix together and add the flour.
    12 C. All-purpose Flour
  • Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
  • Roll out until you have a think even rectangle of dough.
  • Spread with a mixture of: butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    1 C. Soft Butter, 2 C. Brown Sugar, 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • Roll the sheet of coated bread up to make a long log.
  • Cut into circles to make rolls. (can use unflavored floss to cut or a sharp knife)
  • Set rolls cut side up, in a baking dish.
  • Let rise until doubled in size again.
  • Bake at 350°F. for 15-30 minutes.
  • Do not over bake remove from the oven when golden brown.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • Mix well and Spread in top of rolls.
    8 oz. Cream Cheese – softened to room temp, 1/2 C. Margarine, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla, 3 C. Powder Sugar, 1 tsp. Milk
  • Best served warm and fresh from the oven.
