Cottage Cheese Patties – Sarah Giang’s recipe from 1989

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Eggs beaten
  • 2 C. Cottage Cheese Small Curd
  • 2 C. Special K or Rice Krispies Cereal – Crushed
  • 3/4 C. Pecans and/or Walnuts – Chopped
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley optional
  • 2 1/2 packages George Washington Broth any flavor

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
  • Fry until browned.
  • Place in greased 9”x9” casserole dish with gravy or mushroom soup with sour cream.
  • Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
  • Makes about 18 small patties.
