Cottage Cheese Patties – Sarah Giang’s recipe from 1989
Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs beaten
- 2 C. Cottage Cheese Small Curd
- 2 C. Special K or Rice Krispies Cereal – Crushed
- 3/4 C. Pecans and/or Walnuts – Chopped
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley optional
- 2 1/2 packages George Washington Broth any flavor
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
- Fry until browned.
- Place in greased 9”x9” casserole dish with gravy or mushroom soup with sour cream.
- Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
- Makes about 18 small patties.
