Fresh Jalapeño Hot Sauce – Kerstin’s sauce

Ingredients
- 6 oz. stemmed Jalapeños or hot pepper of choice, Have used serranos and they were good
- 4 sprigs Cilantro + more to taste
- 2 Scallions
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 C. Distilled White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Instructions
- In blender combine all Ingredients and Puree until smooth. (mixture will be thick)
- Pour into a storage container.
