Horchata
Ingredients
- 1 C. White Rice Uncooked
- 4 C. Water
- 12 oz. Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 C. milk
- 2/3 C. Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Soak rice in the water for at least 4 hours, up to over night.
- Discard rice and add rice water to a blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and mix to combine.
- Serve chilled over ice.
