IHOP Pancakes
Makes about 8-10 5” pancakes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C. Flour
- 1/4 C. Sugar
- 1 heaping tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 C. Buttermilk
- 1/4 C. Oil
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- In a second bowl, mix together the liquids, then gently stir the two mixes together.
- Fry on a hot oiled griddle.
