IHOP Pancakes

Makes about 8-10 5” pancakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 C. Flour
  • 1/4 C. Sugar
  • 1 heaping tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 C. Buttermilk
  • 1/4 C. Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • In a second bowl, mix together the liquids, then gently stir the two mixes together.
  • Fry on a hot oiled griddle.
