Kerstin’s Souffle

Makes 1

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Egg whites
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely shredded Romano and Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Beat all ingredients together.
  • Pour into ungreased ceramic ramekins, sprinkle with about another 1/2 tsp cream.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until firm and well puffed.
