Kerstin’s Souffle
Makes 1
Ingredients
- 2 Egg whites
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Finely shredded Romano and Parmesan
Instructions
- Beat all ingredients together.
- Pour into ungreased ceramic ramekins, sprinkle with about another 1/2 tsp cream.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until firm and well puffed.
