Lemon Cake

This cake is wonderful with fresh raspberries.

Ingredients
  

Cake:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pkg. Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1/2 C. Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Extract
  • 1 C. Water can omit

Glaze:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 C. Powdered Sugar
  • -Mix until sugar is dissolved. Original recipe calls for juice of 2 lemons and 2 C. Powdered Sugar.

Instructions
 

  • Mix together and bake at 350°F. in 9×13” pan until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Poke holes in hot cake and pour glaze over.
