Lemon Cake
This cake is wonderful with fresh raspberries.
Ingredients
Cake:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pkg. Lemon Cake Mix
- 1/2 C. Oil
- 1 Tsp. Lemon Extract
- 1 C. Water can omit
Glaze:
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 C. Powdered Sugar
- -Mix until sugar is dissolved. Original recipe calls for juice of 2 lemons and 2 C. Powdered Sugar.
Instructions
- Mix together and bake at 350°F. in 9×13” pan until toothpick comes out clean.
- Poke holes in hot cake and pour glaze over.
