Mexican Buns – Aunt Gerrie’s buns
Ingredients
- Freezer Rolls (thawed and baked) – We like to use hoagie buns
- Shredded Cheese sharp cheddar works well
- Onions finely diced
- Sliced Olives
- Green Pepper chopped
- Salsa or Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Taco Seasoning
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except bread) together well.
- Spread mixture over bunds that have been cut in half sandwich style.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with some chopped green onions on top.
