Mother Strutz’ Carrots au Gratin
Ingredients
Cream Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Other Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/3 c. Velvetta Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. diced cooked carrots
Instructions
- Mix cream sauce ingredients together and in pan until thick
- Mix other ingredients in well and put in greased casserole dish
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
