Mrs. Will’s Pumpkin Pie Crunch

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. Canned Pumpkin
  • 12 oz. Evaporated Milk not sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 C. Butter Melted
  • 1 C. Chopped Pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13in pan.
  • Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon together until smooth.
  • Then spoon mixture evenly in the pan.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture.
  • Top with pecans.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool before serving.
