Pea Salad – Auntie Suzzy’s Famous
This is Katie’s favorite salad from church potlucks!

Ingredients
- 1 Large bag frozen PETITE peas must use the petite peas flavor and texture are different.
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese Cubed
- Purple Onion chopped finely
- Mayonnaise Generous amounts
- Mustard Big squirts
- Salt and Pepper
- Hard-Boiled Eggs optional if you don’t eat eggs but its so much better with them.
- Baco-Chips add at the last moment to retain crunchiness
- Garnish with fresh parsley and sprinkle with paprika
Instructions
- Mix everything together, except the baco bits. Should be salty and tangy. let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour so the flavors can mix together.
- Just before serving, add baco bits.
