Pea Salad – Auntie Suzzy’s Famous

This is Katie’s favorite salad from church potlucks! Auntie Suzzy made this for Katie and Anthony’s wedding 8.28.2016

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large bag frozen PETITE peas must use the petite peas flavor and texture are different.
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese Cubed
  • Purple Onion chopped finely
  • Mayonnaise Generous amounts
  • Mustard Big squirts
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Hard-Boiled Eggs optional if you don’t eat eggs but its so much better with them.
  • Baco-Chips add at the last moment to retain crunchiness
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and sprinkle with paprika

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together, except the baco bits. Should be salty and tangy. let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour so the flavors can mix together.
  • Just before serving, add baco bits.
