Pina Colada Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Betty Crocker Cake Mix
- 3 large Eggs
- 16 oz. Cream of Coconut 1 Can
- 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple 1 Can
- 9 oz. Cool Whip 1 Carton
Instructions
- Prepare cake mix – Add Coconut. Bake in greased and floured 9×13” pan according to package instructions.
- When done, remove from oven and poke holes in top with a toothpick.
- Spread cream of coconut and top of cake while cake is hot.
- Sprinkle lightly with more coconut, spread undrained pineapple over this.
- Let cool.
- When cool, Spread with Cool Whip and more coconut.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
