Pina Colada Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Yellow Betty Crocker Cake Mix
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 16 oz. Cream of Coconut 1 Can
  • 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple 1 Can
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip 1 Carton

Instructions
 

  • Prepare cake mix – Add Coconut. Bake in greased and floured 9×13” pan according to package instructions.
  • When done, remove from oven and poke holes in top with a toothpick.
  • Spread cream of coconut and top of cake while cake is hot.
  • Sprinkle lightly with more coconut, spread undrained pineapple over this.
  • Let cool.
  • When cool, Spread with Cool Whip and more coconut.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
