Servings 14 inch Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pizza Dough Ball about 14 oz. or partially baked 14 “ pizza dough
  • 6 oz. Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce or homemade alfredo sauce
  • 1 C. Mozzarella Cheese Grated
  • 1/4 C. Red Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 3 oz. Vine Ripened Red Tomatoes Chopped
  • 3 oz. Vine Ripened Yellow Tomatoes Chopped
  • Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
  • Fresh Basil Finally Chopped
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Spread creamy gorgonzola sauce evenly over dough.
  • Top with mozzarella and red onions.
  • Bake in 550° F. deck oven until crust is crisp and golden.
  • After baking top with chopped tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cheese, then mist with balsamic vinegar.
