Salmon – Katie’s Version

Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-7 oz. Filets of Salmon
  • 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lemon Juiced
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Italian Parsley to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place salmon filets in a baking dish linked with foil (to make clean up easier) skin side down, it’s ok if they don’t have the skin on.
  • Rub the rest of the ingredients into the fish.
  • I like to add a few halved lemons in the dish as well as some crushed cloves of garlic.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 500° for 4-5 minutes.
  • You’ll know it’s done when fish easily flakes.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately. It’s nice to serve the fish with a rice dish.
