Salmon – Katie’s Version
Ingredients
- 2 6-7 oz. Filets of Salmon
- 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lemon Juiced
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Italian Parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Place salmon filets in a baking dish linked with foil (to make clean up easier) skin side down, it’s ok if they don’t have the skin on.
- Rub the rest of the ingredients into the fish.
- I like to add a few halved lemons in the dish as well as some crushed cloves of garlic.
- Bake in preheated oven at 500° for 4-5 minutes.
- You’ll know it’s done when fish easily flakes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately. It’s nice to serve the fish with a rice dish.
