Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough:

  • 2 C. Margarine 1Lb.
  • 3 C. Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Soda
  • 4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
  • 5 1/2 C. Flour

Cinnamon Sugar Mix:

  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Cream together margarine and sugar.
  • Add eggs and mix well.
  • Add salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour.
  • Mix well and chill dough.
  • Form dough into 1″ round balls and roll each one in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350°F. for 10-13 minutes until set but still soft.
