Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
- 2 C. Margarine 1Lb.
- 3 C. Sugar
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Soda
- 4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- 5 1/2 C. Flour
Cinnamon Sugar Mix:
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
- Cream together margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour.
- Mix well and chill dough.
- Form dough into 1″ round balls and roll each one in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350°F. for 10-13 minutes until set but still soft.
