Sugar Coated Nuts
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Almonds or Pecans
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2 Teaspoons Cold Water
- 1 C. Granulated Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon or to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl beat egg whites and water until foamy
- Mix in Sugar and Cinnamon
- Toss nuts in mixture to coat
- Lay nuts thinly in foil lined pans. Add a bit of salt. Bake 250 degrees 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
