Vegeburger Roast – “Mother” Strutz’ recipe
Ingredients
- 2 C. Vegeburger
- 2 C. Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 2 Onions – chopped and sautéed
- 4 large Eggs
- 6 Slices Bread crumbed
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
- 1/4 C. Butter
- 1 C. Ketchup
- 4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Mix everything together except ketchup and brown sugar.
- Pour into a greases 9×13″ pan.
- Top with a mixture of ketchup and brown sugar.
- Bake at 350° F. for 45-60 minutes until hot through.
