Vegetarian Lasagna – Mrs. Patchett’s recipe adapted by Jean Edstrom
Ingredients
- Worthington’s Granburger this is a vegetarian hamburger product
- Tomato Sauce made with Both Tomato Sauce and Tomato Paste – simmer for 2 hours with fresh mushrooms
- Cottage Cheese
- Parmesan and Romano Cheeses Freshly Grated
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese.
Instructions
Layer as:
- Sauce, noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, cheese, sauce.
- Bake 250° F. for 2 hours in a 9×13" pan until hot and bubbly.
