Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Cream Cheese room temp.
- 1 1/2 C. Powder Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 C. Heavy Cream Cold
Instructions
- Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- In another bowl beat heavy cream until really stiff peeks form.
- Then add whipped cream to cheese mixture and quickly and briefly beat to combine.
- Do not over beat.
