Ingredients
  

Couscous: (granular semolina= coarse ground durum wheat)

  • 1 C. Couscous
  • 2 C. Water
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Pearl Couscous: (toasted Israeli-style pasta)

  • 1 C. Pearl Couscous
  • 1 1/4 C. Water
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Butter

Instructions
 

Couscous:

  • Bring salted water to a boil; add couscous. Reduce heat to simmer for 2 minutes then remove from heat, cover and let sit 10 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.

Pearl Couscous:

  • Bring water to a boil; add couscous, salt and butter. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
