Pearl Couscous: (toasted Israeli-style pasta)
1C.Pearl Couscous
1 1/4C.Water
1/2tsp.Salt
1tsp.Butter
Instructions
Couscous:
Bring salted water to a boil; add couscous. Reduce heat to simmer for 2 minutes then remove from heat, cover and let sit 10 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
Pearl Couscous:
Bring water to a boil; add couscous, salt and butter. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
