Instructions
In heavy-bottomed saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter then add sugar; whisk until combined and thickened, about 2 minutes.
Whisk in cream until thoroughly combined, about another 2 minutes.
Stir in extract and remove from heat.
Pour into a heat safe container.
Will thicken as it cools in the refrigerator.
