Onion
- minced

Flour

Evaporated Milk
20
oz
Frozen Chopped Spinach

tsp.
Salt
1
tsp.
Chicken Broth Concentrate Paste
1/8
tsp.
Nutmeg
-freshly grated
1/4
tsp.
Granulated Garlic
Instructions
Saute onion in butter, then blend in the flour and cook 1 minute.
Gradually stir in the evaporated milk to make a smooth white sauce.
Combine all ingredients and blend with immersion blender till smooth.
Heat till hot.
Notes
May also serve with freshly toasted croutons (optional).
